Job Overview: The Vice President of Finance (VP of Finance) is responsible for leading the company's overall financial strategy and management, ensuring the company's financial health, capital security, and long-term value growth. This position typically reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO), overseeing financial planning, budget management, capital operations, financial analysis, and risk control, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven approaches.

I. Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement the company's medium- and long-term financial strategy and financial plan.

Establish a financial management system aligned with the company's development strategy.

Provide financial decision support to the Board of Directors and senior management team.

Budget and Financial Management

Lead the preparation of the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and financial plans.

Supervise the budget execution of each department, control costs, and improve the efficiency of capital utilization.

Improve profitability through the analysis of key financial indicators.

Financial Analysis and Reporting

Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.

Analyze revenue, profit, cash flow, and operational efficiency.

Provide management with data analysis and business insights.

Funds and Capital Management

Manage the company's cash flow, financing activities, and capital structure.

Maintain relationships with banks, investment institutions, and capital markets.

Evaluate financing options and investment returns.

Risk Control and Compliance

Establish and maintain an internal control system.

Ensure financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

Manage the audit process and cooperate with external audit firms.

Team Leadership and Talent Development

Lead the finance department (accounting, budgeting, tax, treasury, etc.).

Build a high-performing finance team and drive professional development.

Optimize financial processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.

II. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

Typically, 20+ years of financial management experience, including 10+ years of senior management experience.

Preference will be given to candidates holding CPA, CMA, ACCA, or similar professional qualifications.

Familiar with corporate financial management, financial analysis, budget control, and capital operations.

Possess excellent strategic thinking, leadership skills, and cross-departmental communication abilities.

Proficient in using financial systems, data analysis tools, and ERP systems.
