For our office in Tirana, we are looking for a Value Excellence & Planning Expert to support the strategic decisions of the BU Primary & Specialty Care through internal and external data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Unit through accurate reporting, data management, and commercial analysis.
- Deliver transversal support to the Business Unit across the assigned geographies, including Italy, Albania, and Kosovo.
- Ensure the consistency, quality, and reliability of databases by managing, updating, and integrating multiple data sources into the BU’s reporting systems.
- Guarantee the timely availability of accurate data and reports to support business monitoring and decision-making processes.
- Support the forecasting process by collecting, reviewing, validating, and consolidating business inputs and performance data.
- Perform in-depth analyses of sell-in, sell-out, sales performance, and stock levels to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
- Analyze market dynamics and commercial performance to support strategic and operational decisions across products and geographies.
- Present data and analytical results in a clear, structured, and effective way, tailoring communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide analytical support to Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing teams through performance insights, business reviews, and ad hoc analyses.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, data processes, and analytical capabilities to enhance business understanding and execution.
- Communicate findings proactively and effectively, helping the organization understand performance drivers, business implications, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, Codes of Ethics, Dompé Code of Conduct, internal policies, and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- University: Economics or Statistics Degree
Required Skills:
- English: fluent
- Italian: advanced
- Analytical and communication skills
- Available to travel
- Excellent Knowledge of basic IT applications, in particular Excel
Preferred Skills:
- Market: OTC and RX dynamics
- Knowledge of Pharmacy and Wholesale Channel
- Knowledge of different data sources in Pharmaceutical Market
- Processes: Budgeting & Forecasting, Reporting, Organization, internal processes and procedures
- Authorities & Laws: Code of Conduct of Farmindustria [the Italian pharmaceutical industry association]
- Technology: computer skills (Excel, Power Point)
