Moore Armenia is on the lookout for an Finance manager/consultant to join our fast-growing team and make an impact.
Job responsibilities
· Preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local Armenian accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including
· Preparation of management reports providing timely, accurate, and actionable financial information to Client’s senior management and key stakeholders.
· Conducting in-depth financial analyses, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modelling to support strategic and operational decision-making.
· Leading and coordinating the annual budgeting and forecasting process; monitoring budget performance and reporting on deviations.
· Liaising with external auditors and ensuring the timely and accurate provision of all documentation and information required for audit purposes.
· Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices in financial reporting and controls, including automation of processes.
· Performing other duties and ad hoc assignments as required by management.
Required qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
· 1-2 years work experience in the relevant job;
· ACCA qualification or being an ACCA student would be considered as advantage;
· Analytical and problem-solving skills;
· Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and ethical standard.
