What do we expect from our new team member?
- Ensure the smooth, accurate, and timely execution of daily treasury operations
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in treasury transactions to support effective cash management
- Prepare supplier payment lists on scheduled payment days and transmit them to banks; ensure proper accounting of transactions
- Prepare and submit bank instructions in a timely manner
- Record bank transactions in the ERP system in line with bank statements
- Support end-of-month bank reconciliations (bank statement vs. ERP alignment, closing checks)
- Manage and follow up on bank documentation (KYC forms, signature circulars, agreements, amendments, instruction templates, etc.)
- Actively support actual vs. forecast vs. budget cash flow analysis during the assignment period
- Maintain and coordinate relationships with banks at the operational level
- Provide operational support for credit agreements, loan utilization, and limit management processes
- Execute hedge transactions (for metals and FX), including forwards, swaps, and options; prepare related instructions and documentation
- Monitor and report hedge and derivative positions in line with internal policies
- Contribute to digital treasury projects and support process improvement initiatives
What kind of team member are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum +8 years of experience in treasury, financial instruments, derivatives, cash management, and credit operations
- Proven experience in commodity hedging (preferably metals) and FX risk management
- Hands-on experience with derivative products (forwards, swaps, options)
- Preferably experienced in SAP, specifically SAP TRM (Treasury and Risk Management)
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (advanced Excel preferred)
- Good knowledge of bank integrations and statement formats (e.g., MT940 and similar)
- Solid understanding of reconciliation processes and treasury controls
- Familiarity with supplier payment processes (IBAN validation, approval workflows, documentation controls)
- Completed military service for male candidates
