K&H Bank Zrt., the Hungarian subsidiary of the Belgian KBC Group, and the Group’s Czech subsidiary, Československá obchodní banka, a. s. (‘CSOB’), have decided to join forces as sister companies and, from the second half of 2020, K&H's bankcard acceptance business will continue to operate as a Hungarian subsidiary of ČSOB under the name K&H Payment Services Ltd. (K&H Pénzforgalmi Szolgáltató Kft.). In the new structure, the customer focus of K&H Bank will be complemented by ČSOB's unrivalled range of credit card acceptance products, which will further enhance the value proposition for customers by offering a wider range of services. The new entity will continue to serve its existing and future card acquiring partners under the K&H brand.
We are looking for our new colleague for the Treasury Expert position!
Your tasks:
- manage bank accounts, related operations and relationship with K&H Bank
- manage settlement accounts and relationship with Card Schemes
- manage liquidity of card settlement and operational accounts of the Company for all relevant currencies
- manage funding for the business as usual and ad-hoc investments (CSOB funding)
- design and operate an effective FX management
- plan liquidity, equity and FX positions for 3-year time horizon
- design and operate an effective treasury reporting scheme
- prepare and maintain internal instructions for Treasury processes
- provide professional support and input to product development, pricing and performance reporting (e.g. introduction of new settlement currencies)
- consult and cooperate with KBC intragroup customers (e.g. BE branch of K&H PS)
- work in an agile environment and continuously review the business needs and technological trends, and identify opportunities, innovations and risks.
