The Role
This is a hands-on finance leadership role designed for a high-potential individual looking to step into a broader leadership trajectory over time. You will work closely with senior finance leadership, own core accounting responsibilities, and play a key role in strengthening financial operations in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead core accounting operations, including financial reporting, close process, and internal controls
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financials
- Manage and develop a small team supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Improve cash flow visibility, working capital management, and financial processes
- Support external audits and maintain strong compliance standards
- Assist with integration and financial reporting across a growing, multi-entity structure
- Partner cross-functionally to improve reporting, systems, and operational insights
- Contribute to system enhancements, automation, and data integrity
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate finance
- CPA required
- Strong technical accounting foundation
- Experience supporting audits and financial reporting
- Exposure to multi-entity or high-growth environments
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting
- Systems mindset with experience working in modern ERP environments preferred
