Compensation: $60k – $65k + 2 weeks PTO + 401k matching (3% match)
Job Responsibilities
- Perform financial and analytical activities to support Treasury operations
- Analyze variances and provide insights and recommendations to leadership
- Track and analyze cash flow trends, identify patterns, and present findings with proposed actions
- Monitor and support management of company risk, debt, covenant compliance, interest expense, bank fees, investments, and overall liquidity
- Prepare and distribute recurring treasury‑related reports, including cash reporting, banking activity, investments, borrowing base information, securitizations, and interest rate documentation, for lenders, accounting, executives, and senior leadership
- Continuously enhance technical and business knowledge through hands‑on assignments and ongoing training
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand skill sets and deepen treasury and financial expertise
- Maintain a collaborative and professional work environment that supports treasury objectives and broader company goals
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in business, finance, accounting, and/or treasury analysis preferred
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and core accounting principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to present data clearly and concisely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results‑driven with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Strong planning, organizational, and time‑management skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple levels of leadership
- Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience required
