We’re currently working with a well‑established, owner‑managed corporate services firm in Jersey that is looking to bring on a bright and motivated Trainee / Junior Accountant to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their accounting career who is studying or looking to study towards a professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / AAT) and is keen to gain hands‑on experience in a supportive, professional environment.
The role will involve:
•Bookkeeping across a varied client portfolio
•Assisting with management accounts and reporting
•Supporting audit processes and responding to audit queries
•Working closely with senior team members and developing technical skills
Ideal for someone who:
• Has some exposure to finance, accounts, or bookkeeping
• Is detail‑oriented, organised, and eager to learn
• Is looking for long‑term development and progression
