What You’ll **
Assist in the preparation of sales & use tax schedules, journal entries, and reconciliations
Prepare state income and franchise tax returns, annual reports, and payments
Respond to tax notices and assist in sales & use tax audits by gathering documentation and coordinating with internal departments
Conduct research on tax laws and regulations
Support offsite tax record administration
Participate in special projects related to tax and compliance

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Tax concentration preferred)
1+ years of tax experience; oil & gas industry experience is a plus
CPA license preferred, but not required
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and tax compliance software (P2/Oracle experience a plus)
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills
