Role: Tax & Finance Specialist
Location: Thailand
This role is responsible for managing Thai tax compliance, financial reporting, BOI-related requirements, and supporting finance and compliance activities.
About the company: A multinational company with cross-border business operations, looking for an experienced tax and finance professional to support its Thailand operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Thai tax compliance, including VAT, Withholding Tax, Stamp Duty, and Corporate Income Tax
- Prepare, review, and submit tax filings accurately and on time
- Handle BOI-related financial and tax reporting
- Liaise with the Thai Revenue Department, external tax consultants, and auditors
- Review employee reimbursements, invoices, and contracts from a tax and compliance perspective
- Support annual audits and provide tax planning and optimisation recommendations
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws and financial compliance
- Hands-on experience with VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax, and tax filings
- BOI reporting experience is highly preferred
- Experience working with tax authorities, auditors, and external tax advisors
