About Chromie Health
Chromie Health is building AI-powered workforce automation for healthcare organizations. Our platform helps hospitals streamline staffing operations, reduce administrative burden, and improve workforce efficiency. We’re an early-stage healthcare AI startup working with leading healthcare organizations and are currently raising our Seed financing. We’re looking for a highly motivated student interested in startups, venture capital, consulting, investment banking, entrepreneurship, or healthcare innovation to work directly with our CEO. This isn’t a traditional internship. You’ll gain firsthand exposure to the strategic decisions involved in building and financing a venture-backed healthcare technology company.
About the Role
As our Strategy & Venture Capital Intern, you’ll work alongside the CEO on fundraising strategy, investor research, market analysis, and executive initiatives.
You’ll help identify potential investors, prepare for fundraising meetings, analyze industry trends, and contribute to strategic projects that directly influence the company’s growth.
If you’re interested in how startups raise capital and scale from the inside, this role offers meaningful, hands-on experience that is rarely available to students.
What You’ll Do
- Research venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners
- Identify investors aligned with Chromie’s mission and growth stage
- Prepare briefing materials for investor meetings
- Conduct market, competitive, and industry research
- Track fundraising activities and investor outreach
- Build presentations and executive reports
- Analyze trends across healthcare AI and digital health
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings with the CEO
