Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Strategy Manager, based on-site in Bangkok. The Strategy Manager will develop and execute strategic initiatives, conduct market analysis, and identify opportunities to drive growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing business performance, collaborating with internal teams to implement strategies, and providing insights to support decision-making. Regular presentation of recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights
- Proven experience in management consulting or consulting roles, with a focus on strategic planning
- Proficiency in financial analysis and the ability to interpret financial data to formulate business strategies
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings and strategies clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage projects and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and Microsoft Office Suite
