Position: Strategic Financial Leader for Academic Operations and Planning
Elevate financial operations as a key Associate Director. Spearhead strategic planning, budget development, and enrollment forecasting within a hybrid work model for a prominent academic institution.

This full-time role requires overseeing financial management practices across multiple academic units. The Associate Director will direct Finance Managers and Budget Officers, ensuring alignment with priorities while enhancing program viability through effective resource allocation. With a focus on financial sustainability, you will analyze trends that guide strategic decisions and support institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multi-year budget and capital development

• Analyze program costs, KPIs, and financial performance

• Coordinate enrollment projections and planning

• Lead financial reporting and variance analysis

• Provide guidance to senior academic leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related

• CPA certification is required

• Minimum of 9 years leading a Finance team

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and business acumen

• Experience in post-secondary financial environments
