About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. What You’ll Do
- Perform audits, reviews, and compilations in accordance with accounting standards
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
- Assist in identifying and communicating audit findings and recommendations
- Apply firm methodologies and accounting best practices
- Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
- Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Participate in firm initiatives, training, and professional development
- Occasionally travel for client engagements and meetings
What We’re Looking For
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA eligibility or progress toward certification preferred
- Full‑time position
- Salary range: $67,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Approximate annual workload: 2,200 hours
- Occasional overnight travel may be required
