At EFSIM Facilities Management, we are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to manage hard services contracts and ensure effective service delivery, compliance, cost control, and strong client relationships across sites in Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for end‑to‑end contract management, leading site teams, managing performance, and ensuring all contractual, financial, and operational commitments are met.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage FM contracts and ensure compliance with SLAs and client requirements
• Lead hard services operations and site teams across assigned contracts
• Control budgets, costs, and financial reporting for contracts
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HR, and Procurement teams
• Drive service quality, performance reporting, and continuous improvement
• Handle client communication, reviews, and issue resolution
• Ensure HSE, statutory compliance, and company policies are followed
What We’re Looking For
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Business Administration, Management or Engineering (Civil/Mechanical or related)
• 8+ years’ experience in Facilities Management, with supervisory/managerial exposure
• Strong experience in hard services and contract administration
• Good knowledge of cost management, workforce planning, and reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
