Description:
Summary: The main function of the Finance Manager is to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Atlassian Corporate Engineering and R&D teams to ensure software expenses and contingent workers are recorded and forecasted accurately.
- Own headcount and labour cost planning for the ACE organization (FTE + contractors).
- Build out contingent worker reporting and analysis for executive review.
- Perform month-end close support, variance analysis, and management reporting for ACE spend
- Partner with Internal IT, Procurement, Security, and Accounting on vendor/contract reviews, renewals, and negotiations.
- Drive tooling and reporting automation (e.g., Anaplan, Tableau tools) to scale Commercial Finance processes.
