Role Description
We are seeking a Financial Analyst for a full-time, on-site role located in Kaunas. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing financial plans and forecasts, conducting detailed financial reporting, and supporting decision-making with data-driven insights. Additional duties may include supporting the development and optimization of financial strategies to achieve the organization's objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance concepts
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and financial decision-making
- Experience with preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Knowledge of Financial Reporting standards and processes
- Proficiency with financial analysis tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in investment analysis or asset management is a plus
