You’ll optimize loan proceeds while mentoring junior Analysts and reinforcing underwriting standards within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Mortgage Origination team in structuring deals
• Finalize specific mortgage investment brochures
• Review commitment letters for accuracy
• Coordinate the funding process with clear communication
• Analyze borrower financials for risk assessment
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance
• 3+ years in Commercial Real Estate
• Provincial mortgage license (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent financial analysis skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel
