The Opportunity
This is the seat for an investor who thrives at the intersection of entrepreneurship and institutional rigor. As Senior Associate or Vice President, you will shape investment theses, drive end-to-end deal execution, and work directly alongside senior leadership to build and manage a portfolio of high-growth companies across cutting-edge sectors.
What You'll Do
- Lead sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities across key market sectors
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, due diligence, and market research on prospective investments
- Drive end-to-end deal execution including structuring, negotiation, and closing
- Manage portfolio company relationships, providing strategic guidance to support growth and value creation
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry stakeholders
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare updates and reports for senior leadership
- Support fundraising initiatives and contribute to overall investment strategy
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Who You Are
- 3–7 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking
- Proven track record in deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with deep understanding of startup ecosystems and emerging market trends
- Excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to build trusted relationships with founders and co-investors
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required;
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City
Preferred Background
- MBA or CFA designation
- Experience in technology, fintech, or other high-growth industry sectors
- Established network within the venture capital and private equity community
- Track record of leading investments from origination through exit
- Exposure to international deals or cross-border transactions
Compensation
$200,000 – $250,000 base salary, plus performance bonus and carry commensurate with experience.
