A global medical technology organization is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead a core, revenue-driving product portfolio within its U.S. platform. This is a true product ownership role—responsible for pricing, forecasting, lifecycle management, and multi-year strategic growth.

This is not a campaign-only or digital marketing role.

You will operate as the commercial owner of your portfolio, partnering cross-functionally with sales, global marketing, finance, and regional teams to drive sustainable differentiation, profitability, and customer value within a regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own full product portfolio strategy including forecasting, pricing, financial planning, and lifecycle management
  • Develop clear value propositions and segmentation strategies that translate into measurable revenue impact
  • Lead product launches and go-to-market execution in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner directly with sales teams to drive training, adoption, and retention initiatives
  • Deliver competitive analysis, demand forecasts, and high-quality marketing collateral
  • Build dashboards and data-driven insights to guide annual and long-range strategic planning
  • Influence cross-functional teams and lead initiatives in a large, matrixed organization

Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These):

  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years business experience with 5+ years in product marketing or product management
  • Experience owning a product portfolio within a regulated industry (healthcare, life sciences, food, or chemical)
  • Direct experience with pricing strategy, forecasting, and lifecycle management
  • Product launch planning and execution experience
  • Proven expertise in segmentation and customer-driven strategy
  • Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills
  • Authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship)

You’ll Stand Out If You…

  • Have medical device or life sciences product marketing experience
  • Have supported a national field sales organization
  • Thrive in large, global, matrixed enterprises
  • Are equally strong in strategic planning and tactical execution
  • Enjoy owning high-visibility, revenue-driving portfolios
  • Are comfortable traveling up to 30% domestically
