- A strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the CFO, responsibilities will include:
- Leading the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis
- Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals
- Supporting M&A activities and integration processes
- Managing a team of FP&A analysts, providing mentorship and development
- Enhancing FP&A processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
