About the Opportunity:
My client, one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in its space, is looking to hire a Senior Financial Planning Analyst. This is a strategy and analysis-focused seat, not a transactional processing role, built for someone who wants a direct line to senior leadership and real influence over how the business plans and grows.
You'll be joining a lean, fast-moving finance team where your models and insights actually shape decisions instead of sitting in a folder somewhere. If you've been craving more ownership and less bureaucracy, this is that seat.
Responsibilities:
- Become the person leadership turns to when they need the story behind the numbers explained clearly, not just a spreadsheet dropped in their inbox
- Budgets won't just get tracked here, you'll be in the room shaping them with department leads all year long, not only during planning season
- When the Sales team needs a fast, sharp financial answer, you're the first name that comes to mind
- Long-range financial models live under your ownership, feeding directly into where leadership decides to put the next dollar
- Cross-functional partners across the business will know your name before they know your title
- The strategic, off-the-beaten-path analysis requests land on your desk, and that's exactly where you want to be
Must-Have Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills with a solid working knowledge of GAAP
- Sharp attention to detail and comfort using AI tools to work faster and smarter
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Background in a hardware-driven healthcare or life sciences company
- Investment banking
- Experience building financial structure and rhythm in a growing, less-established environment
- Exposure to modern enterprise planning and CRM platforms
