About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Operations Finance team, partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D and Procurement to drive cost visibility, efficiency, and strategic investment decisions. This is a high-impact FP&A role that connects financial insight with operational execution to influence both daily operations and long-term strategy.

I’m confident you will love the team! Very sharp, collaborative group of high performers. There will be a little travel to various plants across the country so that you can meet folks in operations and see the process for yourself to better understand the business end to end. I would anticipate maybe 1-2 times a quarter (possibly less) and will then taper off.

The cool thing is the company has many other areas of finance that you can rotate into through internal mobility like commercial/sales finance, corporate FP&A, strategic finance/pricing and/or directly into the business whether its operations, sales, etc.

What We’re Looking For • 2-7 years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, supply chain finance, or plant-level financial analysis. • Very open to someone coming out of public accounting or advisory / consulting that is looking to transition into industry. • Mix of both public accounting / consulting / advisory and either operations finance would be ideal • General understanding of manufacturing cost structures, cost accounting, and operational KPIs. • Experience business partnering with operations leaders and translating financial data into business action. • Advanced Excel modeling skills and familiarity with Power BI, ERP systems, or enterprise planning tools. • Clear communicator with a proactive, collaborative, and business-minded approach. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, MAcc, CPA, CFA or CMA a plus). • Experience in any kind of manufacturing, CPG, or consumer / industrial products highly preferred, but open to others with tangible product exposure. • Someone with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
