Senior Financial Analyst/Senior Accountant Opportunity | Greater Philadelphia Area
**Majority remote with 1 day per month in office required**
I’m currently partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst/Accountant to join their team in a highly visible role supporting accounting operations, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
This role is a great fit for someone coming from a mix of public accounting and industry experience who enjoys both technical accounting and operational finance responsibilities.
Key areas of focus include:
- Month-end close & account reconciliations
- Financial reporting & variance analysis
- Process improvements & system initiatives
- SOX/internal controls support
- Cross-functional partnership with Finance & Operations
- Fixed assets, accruals, prepaid expenses, inventory, and balance sheet analysis
Ideal backgrounds:
- 4-8+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Mix of public accounting + industry strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills required
- PeopleSoft or Hyperion experience is a plus
- CPA preferred but not required
