Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid – New Berlin, Wisconsin)
Job Summary:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will drive and support all aspects of FP&A which includes in-depth financial and business planning, collaborating with business leaders across the company, and driving analyses for business and strategic cases. Ensure teams stay on top of our financial performance and risks.
Responsibilities:
- Budget/Track/Analyze Product, Distribution Center and other costs affecting Gross Margin.
- Support the coordination, consolidation, and review of the Forecast and Budgeting process.
- Provides financial modeling to drive an understanding of the short and long-term financial (P&L and Cash Flow) implications for significant business decisions and/or investments.
- Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to guide business decisions and ensure alignment with budget.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools to track performance against budget and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate accruals and expense classification.
- Cash Flow Forecasting.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum six (6) years of relevant FP&A experiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance/accounting.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail oriented and familiar with working in various platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including advanced excel skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, curious, goal orientated, learning mentality and leader.
- Works well across business disciplines.
- Owners’ mindset.

The hiring range for this position based in New Berlin, Wisconsin is $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.
