Robert Half is partnering with a Vancouver-based private equity firm to fill a newly created, hybrid role. You'll lead ERP implementations across a portfolio of operating companies while providing senior financial support to the CFO. It's a rare seat that combines project ownership with meaningful finance work — and a clear path to growth.
What you'll do
- Serve as the internal project manager for a phased SAP Business One rollout across multiple operating companies
- Bridge OpCo controllers, internal champions, and an external Managed Service Provider
- Design future-state processes, reporting workflows, and dashboards; drive adoption and training
- Support the CFO with consolidated reporting, financial analysis, and management reporting across the portfolio
- Potential involvement in due diligence on future acquisitions
What you bring
- CPA designation; public practice background at Manager or Senior Manager level is ideal
- Experience with an ERP implementation — SAP Business One preferred, other integrated systems considered
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- A proactive, self-directed work style with excellent communication skills
