We are partnering with a high-growth, technology-enabled industry to appoint a Senior Finance Manager who will serve as the country’s senior finance leader.
This role offers a unique opportunity to take on a strategic and hands-on leadership position, driving financial discipline, enabling data-driven decisions, and supporting the organization’s continued expansion in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
The role will oversee the full spectrum of finance—ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and strategic business support—while partnering closely with leadership to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting functions
- Lead monthly close and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
- Ensure compliance with Philippine regulatory and statutory requirements
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Support business decisions through financial insights and performance analysis
- Manage cash flow and working capital
- Strengthen finance processes, systems, and internal controls
- Lead and develop the local finance team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required
- At least 10 years of relevant finance experience
- Strong knowledge of local financial reporting and tax regulations
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced industries preferred
- Background in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is an advantage
- Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
