Robert half is partnering with an organization in Charlotte who is looking to add a Finance Manager to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This role will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with business leaders to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly financial reporting and variance analysis across business units
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Partner with operations and leadership to provide actionable financial insights
- Analyze KPIs, trends, and business drivers to support decision-making
- Assist with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ad hoc reporting
- Improve and streamline financial processes, controls, and reporting tools
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related within manufacturing
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP or planning tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders
- MBA is a plus but not required
