Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Senior Finance Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 8+ years of experience, with excellent communication and leadership skills. This company offers a collaborative culture, competitive benefits, and flexibility. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this position is $150K – $190K.
The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead accurate and timely demand forecasts, aligning with business unit targets and cross-functional teams.
- Compile, track, and analyze operational and strategic financial data to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and present monthly business review reports comparing actual results to budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute integrated financial models to support decision-making.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform financial and operational strategies.
- Drive efficiency, standardization, and accuracy in forecasting, reporting, and financial close processes.
- Identify financial and operational risks and opportunities, recommending actions to commercial and operational leaders.
The Senior Finance Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 8+ years of related experience, management experience strongly preferred
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to work well on a cross-functional team, operate in a cooperative work environment, and drive continuous improvement
- Detail oriented perspective and drives accountability
