We are seeking a strategic Finance leaders to oversee financial operations and drive profitable growth within the industrial and consumer goods sectors. This role requires a blend of hands-on operational oversight and high-level strategic planning, ensuring that financial frameworks for our various partners on the Industrial, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and Oil and Gas Sector

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Partner with executive leadership to align financial goals with operational capabilities.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee Cost Accounting and inventory management to optimize manufacturing margins and supply chain efficiency.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
  • Working Capital Management: Optimize cash flow through rigorous management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and CAPEX investments.
  • Compliance & Risk: Maintain robust internal controls and manage tax, audit, and regulatory compliance specific to the manufacturing and consumer goods industries.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Industry Background: Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, with a significant portion spent in Manufacturing, Industrial, or FMCG environments.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced setting.
  • Technical Skills: Deep expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced financial modeling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or MBA) is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Standard Costing, variance analysis, and supply chain finance.
