Position Overview
The Senior Finance Associate (SFA) will assist in all finance department responsibilities. A successful SFA will help expand our fundraising program, staff events, conduct outreach to potential donors, and support our internal systems to maximize efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 cycle of experience (SFA)
- Experience managing fundraising events, communicating directly with hosts
- Experience staffing Call Time, pulling lists, managing preparation, staffing, follow-up
- Experience staffing candidate is a plus
- Positive attitude, team player, ability to work alone and in groups
- Campaign experience is a must / campaign finance experience is strongly preferred
- Necessary Experience: NGP, fec.gov, Google Suite
- Bonus: experience with CallTimeAI or other call time software, Canva
- Applicant may be asked to perform other campaign related activities
- Must have access to a cell phone and laptop
Responsibilities:
- Manage our robust campaign fundraising events program
- Prepare for and staff fundraising events
- Interface with supporters virtually and in person – Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Prepare briefings
- Support management of NGP donor database
Compensation & Benefits
- The salary for this position is $6,500 per month.
- Healthcare is optional and available.
