The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day finance function, with responsibility for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, and general finance administration.

This role is ideal for a motivated finance professional looking to develop their experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Process supplier invoices and customer receipts accurately
  • Perform credit control activities and monitor outstanding debts
  • Reconcile supplier, customer, and bank accounts
  • Investigate and resolve account queries and discrepancies
  • Assist with payment runs and cash allocation
  • Support month-end close and financial reporting activities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and finance procedures
  • Provide general finance and administrative support to the wider team

Your Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or similar finance role
  • Strong understanding of AP, AR, and Credit Control processes
  • Experience using ERP or accounting systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to work
