Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Senior Finance Associate at PRF Management Consultancy, a leading tax, accounting, and audit firm. The Senior Finance Associate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of end-to-end finance services to clients, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit execution. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards
Performing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing for multiple client accounts
Conducting financial analysis and preparing customized management reports
Supporting UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including return preparation and filings
Participating in audit engagements by preparing working papers, reviewing client documentation, and identifying areas of risk
Working closely with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and ensure timely delivery of accounting, tax, and audit outputs
Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and internal process improvement initiatives
Ensuring all client deliverables meet professional and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong experience in financial statement preparation, financial analysis, and multi-client accounting
Working knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations
Experience working in a professional services, audit, or tax advisory firm is highly preferred
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and client-handling skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA Inter, or a relevant equivalent are a strong advantage
