Leavens Chrysler is hiring an Accounting Administrator.
Pay Range:
- $40,000 – $48,0000 Annually
Duties and responsibilities:
The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of duties supporting the accounting department Including:
- Participate in the development and maintenance of processes and templates; make suggestions and recommendations on any revisions.
- Assist with vehicle inventory management
- Assist with accounting schedule reconciliations and maintenance
- Processing of payables and receivables
- Reconciliation and posting of daily cash receipts
- Tracking and organization of key metrics.
- A driven individual who has a desire to learn the full particulars of dealership accounting.
- Other duties may be assigned as required
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure, individually and as part of a team
- Excellent time management experience with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience working in Accounting within a Dealership (Preferred).
- 2+ years of Accounting experience (Preferred)
