Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end financial operations, including banking transactions, LC/DC handling, vendor payments, and overall financial coordination for both Nandha Pipes and Nandha Constructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Letter of Credit (LC) and Documents Against Collection (DC) processes end-to-end
- Coordinate with banks for trade finance, documentation, and approvals
- Monitor and track daily bank transactions and cash flow
- Manage vendor payments, due tracking, and reconciliation
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections
- Maintain records of financial transactions and supporting documents
- Assist in cash flow planning and fund allocation
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing, procurement, and payment cycles
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting
- 2–5 years of experience in accounts, banking, or finance operations
- Hands-on experience with LC/DC and banking processes (important)
- Strong understanding of vendor management and payment cycles
- Good knowledge of Excel and financial documentation
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience in manufacturing / construction industry
- Exposure to GST and compliance basics
