Do you want to work in a purpose-driven environment, helping the Novo Nordisk Foundation achieve its goals to drive societal impact? We are looking for a student assistant to join our Portfolio Management Team in the Impact & Portfolio department.
In the Portfolio Management Team, you will contribute to portfolio management processes in collaboration with other departments across the Foundation. You will work with data and support analytical work that feeds directly into decisions made by senior leadership and the Portfolio Board.
We are reviewing candidates on an ongoing basis and will close the advert when the right candidate is found.
What You Will Do
You will support the team with tasks including:
- Updating and maintaining the project database
- Preparing slides and visual materials for leadership and board presentations
- Data processing, analytics, and quality assurance on portfolio data
- Supporting meeting preparation
- Ad hoc analytical tasks across various projects
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Is currently enrolled in or has recently completed a bachelor's degree in data science, engineering, natural sciences, business administration, or a related field
- Has strong data literacy and is comfortable working with structured data, understanding what the numbers mean and spotting when something looks off
- Is a Super user in the MS Office package and particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Skills within graphic design and data analytics is considered positive
Nice to have:
- Experience with data visualisation tools or techniques
- Interest in the scientific or philanthropic environment

Practical information
The working hours will be approximately 15-20 hours a week with flexibility in relation to your studies. The expected start date is 1 August 2026.
