Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Director, Supply Chain to lead enterprise-wide supply chain strategy and execution across our growing North American manufacturing network. Reporting directly to the SVP of Supply Chain & Procurement, this executive leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our supply chain during an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
What You’ll Do
As Sr. Director, Supply Chain, you will own and elevate end-to-end supply chain performance across the enterprise. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and Plant Leadership to create a resilient, scalable, and data-driven supply chain organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance enterprise SIOP/S&OE processes
- Build a scalable 2–3-year supply chain roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Support network optimization across multiple manufacturing facilities
- Develop resiliency strategies for resin sourcing, transportation volatility, and demand fluctuations
- Lead enterprise freight and third-party logistics sourcing strategies
- Standardize scheduling processes across all facilities
- Improve inventory turns, safety stock strategy, and working capital performance
- Leverage ERP systems to improve supply chain visibility
- Drive analytics capabilities for demand planning and capacity modeling
- Build and mentor a high-performing supply chain leadership team
- Foster a continuous improvement culture rooted in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
- MBA strongly preferred
- 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
- 5+ years in senior-level supply chain leadership roles
- Multi-site manufacturing experience required
- Experience in plastics, packaging, chemicals, or high-volume manufacturing strongly preferred
- Strong SIOP/S&OE leadership experience in complex demand environments
- Executive presence with persuasive communication and change management capability
