About the Opportunity
We're partnering on a confidential search for a Senior Director of Finance to join a fast-growing healthcare technology company, recognized as one of North America's fastest-growing tech companies for two consecutive years and ranking in the top tier of a major national growth index.
This company's integrated SaaS platform powers practice management, EMR, scheduling, lead generation, and digital marketing for private-pay healthcare practices, including medspas, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, dental, and vision clinics. With a global footprint spanning the US, UK, Australia, and the Caribbean, it's backed by international private equity and on a clear trajectory toward IPO, operating in a recession-resilient segment with significant runway for growth.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment at a pivotal stage, working directly with the CFO and executive leadership to shape the financial backbone of a company scaling toward a public offering.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO and leading a team of 4, you'll own financial strategy, planning, and operational excellence across accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and compliance.
- Lead financial planning, FP&A, budgeting, and long-range strategic planning
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close, and consolidated financial reporting
- Maintain oversight of AP, AR, payroll, treasury, banking, and intercompany accounting
- Manage external audits and strengthen internal financial controls
- Support board reporting, investor requests, due diligence, and financing initiatives
What You Bring
- CPA designation (Canada), completed / working towards
- 8–10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- 7+ years of full cycle accounting experience
- 4+ years managing teams
- 4+ years working with QuickBooks preferred
- SaaS or technology industry experience preferred
- Experience with fundraising, private equity, M&A, or board reporting a strong asset
