- es:Oversee bill certification and lead the variation management process, ensuring all changes are captured, validated, and costed appropriate
- ly.Perform independent verification and review of quantity take-offs for all construction elemen
- ts.Own the document control process including drawing register maintenance (names, revisions, availability check
- s).Interpret construction drawings and align cost data to evolving design requirements across projec
- ts.Independently generate periodic cost reports (fortnightly/monthly) as per client requirements, ensuring accuracy and clari
- ty.Apply strong understanding of construction methodologies and work sequencing to support project-level cost strategi
- es.Review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) efficiently and with limited oversig
- ht.Conduct rigorous rate analysis, updating pricing models as needed to reflect market shifts and actual project conditio
- ns.Uphold rigorous QMS practices throughout the cost management lifecycle, meeting or exceeding client-specific benchmar
- ks.Lead and guide the cost management team, ensuring productivity, clarity, and alignment with post-contract objectiv
- es.Manage the Client professionally, conducting regular meetings, addressing escalations, and maintaining proactive communication. Act as the last point of escalati
- on.Interface with stakeholders including PMC, clients, architects, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure consistent cost alignme
- nt.Analyze and synthesize cost data from various inputs to enhance forecasting and reporting accura
- cy.Prepare simple cost plans or briefs where needed to assist client decision-making at key mileston
- es.Monitor and respond to client escalations professionally, with full ownership of resolution pathwa

Qualifications Requi
- red Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineer
- ing.Minimum 10 – 12 years of post-qualification experience in a similar r
- ole.Prior experience working with a construction consultancy in India is prefer
- red.Proficiency in AutoCAD and CostX is prefer
- red.Strong verbal and written communication skills in Engl
ish.
