About the Role
We are building a new internal accounting team and are looking for Senior Controllers to help structure and lead financial operations.
This is a high-impact role where you will play a key part in building processes, improving financial visibility, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- Manage and review financial reporting
- Lead cash flow management and forecasting
- Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and financial records
- Support payroll processes and financial operations
- Partner with stakeholders to improve financial processes
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in accounting/finance
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
- Experience managing payroll (e.g., Gusto, Deel or similar)
- Strong understanding of financial operations and cash flow
- Experience in consulting or working with multiple entities is a plus
- Advanced English (C1)
