Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Group Managing Director for a full-time, on-site position in Miami, FL.
In this senior leadership role, you will work closely with the founding partner and his family to oversee the operations, strategic planning, and growth initiatives for the organization.
You will lead cross-functional teams, set organizational goals, and develop strategies to meet business objectives.
This position involves executive decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the alignment of business activities with long-term company vision.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 10 year plus experience in insurance
- Leadership and people management skills, with proven experience in team coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Strategic planning, business development, and operational management expertise
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural, and global environments
- Extensive experience in insurance, investment brokerage, or a related industry is an advantage
- Proven ability to drive organizational growth and improve operational efficiency
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred
