As a Senior / Analyst, Financial Reporting you wil
l:Support Group consolidation, financial reporting, statutory compliance and management reporting activities. This role offers excellent exposure to a SGX listed company environment and provides opportunities to work closely with stakeholders across the business.

- es:Support the preparation of monthly Group financial consolidation and reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards and Group reporting requiremen
- ts.Prepare financial and management reporting materials for quarterly SGX announcements, Board meetings, Audit Committee meetings, and other stakeholder presentatio
- ns.Maintain and enhance the Group Chart of Accounts to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business reporting requiremen
- ts.Coordinate and support the annual budgeting process, including consolidation of budget submissions across the Gro
- up.Perform monthly financial performance reviews, providing insightful analysis of income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and key business drive
- rs.Monitor, track, and forecast Group financial performance against approved budgets and strategic plans, highlighting key variances, risks, and opportuniti
- es.Lead revenue, gross margin, and profitability analysis to support management decision-making and drive operational performance improvemen
- ts.Partner with business finance teams and external valuation specialists to coordinate and manage the Group’s annual goodwill impairment assessme
- nt.Manage the full set of accounts and statutory reporting requirements for dormant subsidiaries within the Gro
- up.Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, consultants, and other professional service providers to support statutory, regulatory, and compliance requiremen
- ts.Support the preparation of annual reports and other regulatory filings required for an SGX-listed compa
- ny.Participate in Group Finance digitalisation, process improvement, and finance transformation initiatives, including system implementation, automation, and reporting enhancement projec
ts.
Requireme
- nts:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification prefer
- red.5–8 years of relevant experience in Group reporting, financial consolidation, external audit, or financial planning & analysis, preferably within a listed company environm
- ent.Strong knowledge of IFRS/SFRS(I), consolidation principles, and SGX listing and reporting requireme
- nts.Experience with financial consolidation and ERP syst
- ems.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management ski
- lls.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines effectiv
