Investo Capital is a rapidly expanding real estate investment firm focused on commercial real estate opportunities across multifamily, development, and income-producing assets.
We are seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Associate to help grow and manage relationships with accredited investors interested in private real estate investment opportunities.
This is not a traditional back-office investor relations role.
This is a relationship-driven, investor-facing position ideal for someone who thrives in sales, capital raising, real estate investing, and high-level conversations with sophisticated investors.
You will work closely with executive leadership, communicate directly with accredited investors, and play an active role in supporting the company’s fundraising and growth initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain relationships with accredited investors and prospective investors
- Conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations
- Manage inbound investor inquiries and outbound outreach campaigns
- Educate investors on commercial real estate investment opportunities and company offerings
- Support ongoing capital raising initiatives and quarterly fundraising goals
- Maintain accurate investor pipeline activity and communications within CRM systems
- Coordinate investor follow-up throughout the full investment lifecycle
- Assist with investor presentations, webinars, and company events
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership and the Sales Director on fundraising strategy and investor engagement
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in capital-raising, investor relations, real estate sales, private equity, financial services, or investment advisory
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Confidence speaking with high-net-worth and accredited investors
- Understanding of commercial real estate investment concepts including multifamily, development projects, equity structures, and investment strategy
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Professional presence with strong verbal and written communication skills
- CRM experience preferred
- Ability to build trust, communicate value clearly, and move conversations forward effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in commercial real estate, private equity, fundraising, or financial services
- Experience with accredited investor communications or capital raising initiatives
- PowerPoint and presentation experience preferred
- Spanish or Hebrew language skills are a plus
