Mason & Blair, LLC. A premier Accounting and Finance search firm in the Bay Area, has teamed with a great tech start up client of ours on a search for Accounting Manager/Senior Accounting Manager. This role is onsite 5 days per week in San Francisco.
Accounting Manager will own day-to-day accounting operations. You will run the month-end close, and help build out accounting function. You’ll report directly to the Corporate Controller As the company scales, you'll hire and manage junior accounting staff and shift toward oversight of the accounting function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
- Experience owning a full month-end close process
Preferred Qualifications
- Public accounting or external audit experience
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Experience implementing NetSuite
- CPA
