.The Financial Analyst will work closely with the CEO and management team to drive financial performance, strengthen internal controls, and provide valuable commercial insights to support business growth and decision-making

.Key Responsibilitie

s● Work closely with the CEO and management team to develop budgets, KPIs, and financial forecast

s● Monitor and measure financial and operational performance against target

s● Identify areas for improvement and provide practical recommendations to enhance profitability, efficiency, and overall performanc

e● Develop internal control procedures and processes to strengthen governance, improve efficiency, and reduce ris

k● Implement and improve broader processes and procedures to strengthen operations and internal control

s● Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports with clear analysis and actionable insight

s● Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, managers, and business partner

s● Support strategic planning and provide financial insights to assist business growth and operational improvemen

t● Ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with business objective

s● Partner with leadership to drive accountability across key business metrics and performance outcome

)● Proven experience in roles such as Financial Analyst, Management Accountant, Finance Business Partner, or simila

r● Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and performance analysi

s● Solid understanding of internal controls, risk management, and financial governanc

e● Excellent report writing and presentation skill
