A well-established, high-growth financial services company in the Atlanta suburbs is looking for a sharp Senior Accountant to own a critical piece of their accounting operation. The bonus has paid out at target two years running. The CAO knows what good looks like and is hiring accordingly — this is an A-player seat.
The comp
- Base salary up to $109K depending on experience
- 12% bonus target, paid semi-annually, tied to company performance

The role
You'll own accounting for a bank partnership lending program — recording, reconciling, and reporting on loan and contractual activity. Think settlement files, funding flows, fee recognition, interest calculations, and month-end close. The other 20% touches CECL, insurance reserves, and loan-related footnotes in audited financials.
Specific loan accounting experience is not required — the CAO cares more about the quality of your systems background and your GAAP fundamentals than your exact industry history.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with some exposure to banking or financial services
- Strong GAAP fundamentals and comfort interpreting contracts as they relate to accounting
- Experience in best-in-class systems environments — SAP, Dynamics, or similar enterprise-grade ERP
- Advanced Excel, high attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities
- CPA/CMA and master's degree are a plus, not a requirement
