We’re seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to take ownership of full‑cycle accounting for diverse local and international clients, while also supporting and guiding junior colleagues. Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in full-cycle accounting as a Senior Accountant.
- Capability to deliver such reporting: Annual Financial Statements, VAT, CIT, Payroll, Statistics (knowledge of Latvian legislation is a must).
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Latvian.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and accounting systems.
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
- Proactive and client-focused approach with a commitment to great service and quick learning.
Your future role:
- Manage full accounting cycle for our clients including tax, management, payroll, and statistical reporting for local and international clients (according to Latvian legislation).
- Prepare Annual Financial Statements and Tax Reports in accordance with local regulations.
- Guide, mentor, and support junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
