About the Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Accountants to step into leadership roles in our growing professional services firm. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on technical delivery, client advisory, and team leadership while supporting branch performance and business growth.
We have two positions available: one in Pukekohe and one in Newmarket.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and GST
- Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of key clients
- Support the GM in managing branch performance, workflow, and team KPIs
- Mentor and develop team members while delegating work effectively
- Drive business development, generate new clients, and expand service offerings
- Improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency across the branch

About You
- Proven Senior Accountant experience, ideally in a CA or public practice environment
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into management
- Strong technical knowledge of NZ tax, compliance, and advisory services
- Commercial mindset and ability to contribute to business growth
- Excellent communication, client management, and mentoring skills
