POSITION INFO:
An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially minded and strategic CA(SA) to join a dynamic executive team as Head of Finance. This role is ideal for an experienced finance leader who can drive financial performance, strengthen governance, provide strategic insight, and partner with senior stakeholders to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall finance function and finance team. Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Provide strategic financial guidance to the Executive Team and Board. Oversee audits, compliance, taxation, and internal controls. Deliver commercial insights to improve profitability and business performance. Manage stakeholder reporting and business intelligence initiatives. Drive finance systems, process improvements, and technology enhancements. Support pricing, commercial decision-making, and business growth strategies. Requirements CA(SA) qualification. Minimum 7 years' post-articles experience. At least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role. Strong experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting, audits, governance, and compliance. Proven commercial finance and strategic business partnering experience. Experience working with executive leadership, boards, and key stakeholders. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
