The ideal candidate for Sales Manager is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage the sales team, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the assigned resort meets its financial targets. He / She is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to enhance the resort’s competitive position.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall brand objectives.
  • Oversee pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Monitor market demand, competition, and economic indicators to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience, including 2 years in a senior sales position within the luxury hospitality industry.
  2. Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends with strong organizational and project management skills.
