The ideal candidate for Sales Manager is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage the sales team, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the assigned resort meets its financial targets. He / She is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to enhance the resort’s competitive position.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Oversee pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Monitor market demand, competition, and economic indicators to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience, including 2 years in a senior sales position within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends with strong organizational and project management skills.
